Pleasanton High School Early College High School (ECHS)

The Pleasanton High School Early College High School (ECHS) offers high school students a unique opportunity to earn both a high school diploma and up to 60 hours of college credit—all while still enrolled in high school.

Through a carefully designed dual enrollment program, ECHS scholars are fully immersed in college-level coursework within a supportive, high school-based environment. This integrated approach ensures a smooth transition from high school to higher education or the workforce.

To participate, students must meet college readiness standards through the Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA2) and other required benchmarks. Upon successful completion of the program, scholars will graduate with:

  • A high school diploma

  • Up to 60 transferable college credits

  • An Associate Degree from our partnering college

Whether students choose to continue their education at a four-year university or pursue career opportunities immediately after graduation, Pleasanton High School ECHS is committed to supporting each scholar—and their family—every step of the way.

Empowering Scholars. Supporting Futures. Building Success.
