Cheryl Barron, Superintendent: Mrs. Barron has spent a total of 32 years in education with her last 12 being at PISD. Mrs. Barron has been more than a leader—she has been a mentor, a colleague, and a true friend to so many. She holds that perfect balance of caring deeply about people while also holding high expectations. She will support you, challenge you, and make you better—and that is a rare gift. All the faculty and staff wish Mrs. Barron a wonderful retirement.
