Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to share that beginning next week (May 4th – May 20th) we will once again welcome parents and guardians on campus to join their child for lunch. We know how meaningful this time can be, and we are happy to bring this opportunity back for our families.
At this time, only parents and legal guardians will be permitted to attend lunch visits. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all students, we have created a rotating schedule for lunch visits. This rotation will help us avoid overcrowding in the cafeteria while still allowing all families the opportunity to participate.
Parent Visit Schedule by Grade Level:

Tuesday | 8th Grade Lunch | 10:50 – 11:20 |
Wednesday | 7th Grade Lunch | 11:45 – 12:15 |
Thursday | 6th Grade Lunch | 12:30 – 1:00 |
A few reminders:
You must have a valid ID to check in.
Please do not take video or pictures. We have many students who are on the “no
photos” list.
Please arrive a little early to check in. Student lunches will not be extended during lunch visits.
You may bring food or purchase a meal from the cafeteria.
Please do not check your child out after lunch.
To ensure safety, younger siblings must stay seated with you.
