If your child was absent on picture day, they will have an opportunity to have their picture taken this Tuesday, November 12th. Make sure your Little Eagles are looking their best.
Primary Families, we have many students who are bringing toys to school. This is causing class disruption and impacting student learning. Please remind your kiddos that toys must stay at home. If toys are brought to school, they will be collected by the teacher and turned in to the office for parents to pick up.

Veterans Day is Monday, Nov. 11th. Please help us honor our Veterans and Active Service Members by wearing red, white and blue. Thank you!
The Primary is supporting our local community this Thanksgiving by collecting canned goods and other items. Students may bring donations Nov. 11th-20th. Tomorrow is Storybook Character Day. Students are welcome to come to school dressed up as a character from a favorite storybook. We are learning throughout the day so please keep costumes age & school appropriate that allow mobility & comfort. No inflatable costumes, masks, or accessories (ex. wands, swords).
Primary Book Fair and Ghostly Reading Night take place on Tuesday, October 29th. Students are invited to wear their Halloween costumes, listen to stories, and trick or treat. Book Fair will be open for browsing from 5:00-5:45 pm and 6:45-7:15 pm. Ghostly stories are planned from 5:45-6:45 pm
Today will be the final day for fundraiser pick-up. Any remaining items will be discarded if they aren't picked up by 5:00p.m. Thank you.

Oct. 28-Nov. 1, is Red Ribbon Week! Students are invited to show their healthy choices on dress-up days: Monday: Wear peace signs and/or tie dye, Tuesday: Dress in a career outfit, Wednesday: Wear a superhero outfit/shirt, Thursday: Dress as your favorite storybook character, Friday: Show your team spirit!

K-2 will start beginning of year assessments on Monday. This year we have switched to MAP, which is more closely aligned to our curriculum than i-Ready.
