Chief of Police Humberto Torralba II. » Bio


Humberto Torralba II currently serves as Pleasanton ISD  Chief of Police, appointed January 8, 2018.
Chief Torralba has served the State of Texas for 25 years. Most recently with Eagle Pass Police Department for 23 years. During his tenture, he has been assigned to the uniform division, criminal investigation, traffic enforcement division, narcotics canine unit and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) - DEA Task Force. Chief Torralba has held leadership roles, public speaker, police instructor, field, field training officer and firearms instructor.
He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Criminal Justice, Certifications from the Emergency Management Institute and a Texas Peace Officer Masters Certification.
Chief Torralba and his wife Sarah Lillian have five children; Humberto III, Victoria, Kevin, Bryan, and Matthew and two grandchildren.
