To anonymously report bullying, please follow campus procedures as listed below:
Primary - The Bullying Incident Report is available in the foyer of the Primary School. The form may be completed by any individual with a concern about bullying. Completed forms may be placed in the box which is checked regularly by Primary staff. All reports of bullying are taken seriously and investigated promptly. Anyone with concerns about bullying may also contact the administrators of Pleasanton Primary directly at (830) 569-1325.
Elementary - Large envelopes are placed in each hallway that students can use to report/ask for help/ask to speak to a counselor. These envelopes are checked daily.
Junior High - A "Buddy Box" in the library is accessible to all students for both shout-out's (positive) and/or adult assistance (bullying/negative).
High School - There are two ways to anonymously report bullying and/or any safety concerns. First, on HS website under the "Student and Parents" tab you will find a link to a simple Google form titled Anonymous concern/report where a person can submit details about alleged wrongdoing or concerns about student or staff member safety. When the form is submitted, all three campus administrators receive an immediate email alert. Students and adults can also report bullying and/or concerns in three locations on campus by writing on a notecard details about alleged bullying concerns. Drop boxes are located in the front office, library and counseling office on campus. These boxes are checked daily and all reports are immediately shared with campus administrators.
