For your convenience, and at No charge, you can view recent 30 day history, setup "low balance" email & text notifications reminders or see your child's meal account balance.

Parents may access those options online through the Lunch Money Now app.

Initial Instructions:
Click on the Online Payment/Lunch Money Now link under the Departments Link

Choose to create a new account or click on "Classic Login"

enter student birth date

Lunch Money Now is also a prepayment system that allows you to make deposits into student's accounts via the web. The convenience fee of $2.50 is only added when making deposits.

Why I am receiving a phone call saying my child owes money?
The Child Nutrition Department uses a call out system to alert parents by telephone of student activity. The School Messenger system is used to reach parents/guardians with a courtesy call stating their child has a negative account balance in the cafeteria. The telephone calls and email alerts go out Tuesday and Thursday nights.

How can I limit what my child can purchase from his/her account?
We can accommodate a parent's request to restrict by completing the Meal Restriction Form.

What happens to money left in my child's account at the end of the school year?
Any money left in the child's account at the end of the school year will be available on the first day of school the following year. The funds will also advance to another school within the district as your child progresses through Pleasanton ISD.

Withdrawing from Pleasanton ISD or Senior Year-You may complete the Refund Request Form.
