Under this system, students will follow the school calendar for one of three tier systems: Tier I, Tier II,
and Tier III.
(Students enrolled in PreKinder and Kindergarten are under the tier system this year.)

Frequently Asked Questions
Tier I- for students enrolled in grades PreK-12 who meet all the required criteria
are eligible for the early end-of-school date (May 21st).

Tier II- for students enrolled in grades PreK-12 who fail any portion of the state assessment; who fail a course or grade level; or who fail to meet attendance criteria. These students will have small group and one-on-one instruction from May 24th – June 4th in an effort to further assist them in meeting the required promotion standards. This system is designed for intense intervention.

Tier III- for students in grades 2-12 who have not met promotion standards by June 4th.
These students will be required to attend Summer School from June 9th to July 2nd.
