Pleasanton Independent School District

College and Career Readiness Home

Pleasanton ISD is focused on a unified agenda of college and career readiness for our students by providing high quality, early education, and strong foundational standards at the elementary levels followed by rigorous academic, elective and career and technical education programs, and college completion goals at our secondary levels.

Students have the opportunity to develop workforce skills through participation in a variety of programs available at the high school.  These include Nursing, Law, Business, Engineering, Cosmetology, and more.  Many courses at Pleasanton High School provide training and education related to specific certifications.  Students can earn technology, software, and workforce related skill certifications.
